How to read the Trigger Point Map?

Every HighBaller package includes the Trigger Point Map, which is key tool to find your problematic areas. Trigger Point Map starts from the page 20 of your manual and it shows you 31 of the most common trigger points and their affected areas.

Follow the red glowing areas of the map. The red glowing areas signify the areas you feel painful, sore or tight. The red spot of the picture shows you where the actual trigger point is located. After you have found the referred pain areas and the trigger point from the map, find the trigger from your body with HighBaller. Place HighBaller to the trigger point and relax.

If you have difficulties to find the trigger point from your body, place HighBaller near to the area and move massage balls slowly. When you find a sore target, you have found your trigger point.

 

What actually is a trigger point?

Trigger point is hyperirritable area of skeletal muscle and myofascial. They are like small pebbles formed by muscle fibers that are in a permanent state of contraction and form a “knot” in the surrounding fascia. Active trigger points cause pain both in resting and under stress. They can also cause vertigo and balance problems and appear as muscle imbalances and muscle stiffness.
