HIGHBALLER

There are two techniques we recommend to use with HighBaller. Technique one is called “Push” and the technique two is called “Rolling”.

Push

The “Push” technique is an easy technique to start with and it is also a very common technique in trigger point treatment.

Find a trigger point or a sore target with the Trigger Point Map or by yourself. Place HighBaller to that point. You can use one or two massage balls. Add pressure to that point so that it feels uncomfortable or a bit painful. Breathe calmly and try to relax as much as possible. Keep the pressure on that point for 30 seconds. If you start to feel more comfortable after 30 seconds and the pain disappears, add more pressure again so it feels uncomfortable again. Continue to add pressure up to three minutes. In this time the trigger should be released. If it doesn’t, don’t worry. You can repeat the progress a couple of times.

Rolling

The “Rolling” technique is used to generally massage your body and to relax tissues. Make sure that you use this technique with a slow tempo.
